Flake, Quartz, & Metallic Warranty Information
Below is the warranty outline for our Flake, Quartz, and Metallic product lines, including their respective warranty timelines:
- Interior Jobs: Lifetime warranty
- Exterior Jobs: 20-year warranty
What’s Covered?
- Adhesion failure
- Delamination
- Cracking (except for cracks caused by a sinking or heaving substrate, earth movement, and/or pre-existing cracks)
- Offered yearly inspections of the installed epoxy flooring (not needed to maintain warranty)
What’s Not Covered:
- Discoloration (from weather and/or UV light)
- Wear patterns from constant foot traffic
- Pre-existing cracks, new cracks, or chips from sinking or heaving substrate and/or earth movement
- Damage from dropping, dragging, or any other actions causing damage to the epoxy
- Damage due to improper care
Vuba Stone & Rubber Warranty
Below is the warranty outline for our Vuba Stone and Rubber product lines, including their respective warranty timelines:
- Interior Jobs: Lifetime warranty.

Submitting a Warranty Claim with Epoxy Floor Experts
If you need to submit a warranty claim for your epoxy flooring, please follow these steps to ensure a smooth process:
- Email Your Claim: Send your claim details to service@epoxyfloorexperts.com. Make sure to include your contact information so that we can reach out to you for any further information.
- Provide Detailed Photos: Attach multiple photos of the affected area. Please include both close-up images and wider shots to fully capture the issue.
- Answer Key Questions: In your email, please provide answers to the following questions to help us better understand the situation:
- What is the specific problem with the floor?
- What happened to the floor?
- How long has the issue been present?
- Has the floor been maintained according to our care instructions?
- When did you first notice the problem?
- Await Our Response: Once your claim is submitted, we will review the provided information and contact you promptly to gather more details and discuss the next steps.
By providing a thorough description and appropriate photographic evidence, you help us expedite your claim process effectively.
